Zucchini Ravioli!
I made zucchini ravioli a week ago and it was better than I expected it to be. The link below is the recipe we used from Pinterest. By the way, it is SUPER hot (not spicy) so watch out. I burned my tongue that day. The ingredients include 4 zucchinis for four people, ricotta cheese, and marinara sauce, along with some spices that you can find in the link. My dad was very hesitant to try it, but it didn't seem like he disliked it THAT much.
