Does anybody get excited about Christmas before it's even Thanksgiving? Well, I do! I love it all! The lights, the smells, the decor, the shopping, the movies and oh, the MUSIC!!! I mean, the music is the best right? So, cheery! Anyway, I haven't bought any Christmas presents yet. It is sort of expected in my family, that we shop early. And since I'm on the topic of Christmas, I love hot chocolate ALL year round! Really, I do!
I make mine homemade, and it is the BEST! Here, I'll give you the secret (not actually secret) recipe! Oh, and by the way, this serves 1 person.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tsp or 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (Whether or not you like rich cocoa)
- 1Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 Tsp stevia (Instead of stevia, add more sugar)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 20 marshmallows (Just for fun!)
And the temperature is medium on your stove top. We use a pot to make our cocoa. Don't forget to stir it! Enjoy, everyone. (I might go and make some right now!)
